As interventional oncologic techniques for diagnosing & treating abnormalities expand, Dr. Raker works with specialists in a multi-disciplinary approach. He finds satisfaction knowing these therapies can both treat and prolong survival for his patients.
“I am honored to be part of the MemorialCare Todd Cancer Institute treatment team. Interventional oncology allows me to practice medicine with a holistic approach. I am part of a larger team treating the disease, as well as respecting the spiritual and cultural needs of the patient. We offer cutting-edge therapies to be most aggressive while safe. I am grateful to be part of the MemorialCare Todd Cancer Institute vision of cancer treatment excellence.”
Dr. Raker is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR), and the American College of Radiology (ACR).
